How consultation and lender evaluation work

  1. Share your needs

Tell us the loan type, rough amount and how to reach you. A short form or a phone call is enough.

  2. Personal consultation

We understand your objectives and financial situation, and talk through realistic options.

  3. Review lending routes

We discuss which lenders and products suit you, and what each is likely to require.

  4. Prepare your application

We clarify documents and eligibility points so your file is complete before it's submitted.

  5. Lender decision

The lender evaluates and verifies. Approval, terms and disbursement follow its policies.

Home Loan questions

Can I add a co-applicant?
Yes, most lenders allow a co-applicant such as a spouse or parent. Their income can improve eligibility, and they share responsibility for repayment.
Do I need to have found a property first?
Not always. Some lenders give an in-principle assessment before you choose a property. Final sanction needs the property details.
What is a balance transfer?
Moving an existing home loan to another lender, usually to change rate or terms. We help you weigh the costs, such as fees, against the possible savings.
