General
What types of loans can I enquire about?
Personal loans, home loans, business loans, mortgage loans (loan against property), machinery loans and project finance.
Is Yatharth a bank or lender?
No. Yatharth Financial Consultancy provides consultancy and loan-related assistance. Loans are provided by banks and financial institutions, and the agreement is between you and the lender.
Does submitting an enquiry guarantee approval?
No. Approval, interest rate, loan amount and terms are always decided by the lender after its own assessment and verification.
Eligibility
How is loan eligibility determined?
Lenders usually look at income, existing obligations, credit history, age, employment or business stability and, for secured loans, the value and title of the security.
Can self-employed customers enquire?
Yes. Self-employed individuals and business owners can enquire. Lenders typically assess ITR, financial statements and banking history.
Documents
What documents might I need?
Usually KYC (PAN and Aadhaar or other accepted ID), income proof, bank statements and, for property-backed loans, property documents. The exact list depends on the loan type and lender.
Should I send documents through the website?
No. Please don't upload PAN, Aadhaar, bank statements or other sensitive documents through the contact form. We'll guide you on a secure way to share them when needed.
Interest & repayment
How do interest rates and EMIs work?
Most loans use a reducing-balance method: each EMI covers interest on the outstanding amount plus part of the principal. Rates are set by the lender based on your profile and the product.
Are the EMI calculator results final?
No. The calculator gives an illustrative estimate. It excludes fees, insurance and other charges, and the actual rate is decided by the lender.
Application process
How long can the process take?
It depends on the loan type, how complete your documents are, and the lender's checks. Secured loans with property usually take longer than personal loans.
Are any consultation or processing charges applicable?
Lenders may charge processing fees as per their policy. Please ask us directly about any consultancy charges before you proceed.
